Advanced Leadership Pathways Carol Johnson-Hughes Leader Series: Coaching, Choices and Coaching When you are just starting out with coaching, the most effective part about coaching is how much you are giving in to the coaching process. A coaching group could be a tough field and the challenge can be difficult, and you will have to take a time-out and get worked up on this particular mission. That’s why I ask that you let people know that there are different and different ways to help people in your group like I have detailed in my introductory chapter. # Chapter 8 # Building The Team You Need Without Being the Team! A couple of days ago I made it somewhat easier to build our team together, meaning that the team consisted of our two leaders who had to put together eight teams that were split up for the meeting to start up the year ahead. We are working through our two leaders and are kicking off our time in the gym as TheAdvanced Leadership Pathways Carol Johnson’s group of 30 women who perform in theatre. And they all have found that their career path is one in many ways. They will work with theatre dancers, they will team up with dancers and create a series of dramatic sets.
