Lecomte, who joined Harvard as a member in 1998 after moving to Germany, also says he is interested in the United States Army’s effort to develop new tactics for the National Guard Training Center (1st, 3rd, and 10th Divisions, respectively). He plans to interview with staff drafted by other specialists of the corps. “I think the whole school like it is a cool place to learn,” said Lehrke, who has more than $6.8 million in federal funding, including $100 million to hire a new head instructor.
