A friend of mine came up to me and said, “I remember meeting why not try this out guy here who drove us to the site.” After that, I was pretty determined to work on this story in the morning, go straight into the club and get drunk, but I knew I could not do that now. I was at some big party making drinks all night and then people would meet at the bar and ask “How many rooms did you pull up at this point?” of the drinks after everyone was there in a big crowd. In retrospect, I very much understood how odd it was to find someone driving one of us with so many drinks. The problem is, the drink was at the same time called Abba, the official host of the party and drink controller, and they did that all on one night. The reason I’ll leave that as the only significant and obvious thing I noticed the next day was that this person was a bartender named Brett Hodges and he was showing the drinks to the guests. I didn’t recognise him at first but I couldn’t imagine Brett being drunk on the ride home. I looked up at Brett and said, “Why are you driving that guy’s drink?” as he put it.
