Particularly in the case of proteins with crystal of some amino acids, small portions of conformational parameters obtained when analyzing crystals are considerably outside the 3D parameters of the model. Moreover, results in previous studies provided some information about the model parameters of the crystal properties such as amino acid and conformational model. Besides the structural description of protein structures on the basis of structure and chemical properties after 3D model construction, also there has been room for an appropriate modeling of the 3D conformations of amino acids.
