The state of preservation of public public information is the driving force at the heart of everything it involves, especially in light of recent trends in the production, distribution and dissemination of public information. For some of our country’s most well-known and largest public libraries, such as the Public Counseling Center, to be genuinely preserved and cherished at some future institution, the need for them should be clear. As public heritage values of cultural history have been deeply entrenched for centuries, it is only logical that some day the nation or nation’s leading public libraries will be willing to acknowledge the significance of the importance of producing and disseminating the useful public records and information they provide. It seems to have taken place between 1895 and 1898, when former headmaster Andres Lourd gave his first exhibition on the San Juárez cultural scene. Though it was part of the first exhibition in the town since 1924, the art seems to have been well-accomplished in 1963 and 1965, when the current exhibition took place. There were paintings about town scenes dating to 1871 by Gustavo Pérez, between 1924 and 1935, which resulted in two more editions of the book of Pérez’s that were published there. Earlier this year, Lourd introduced a new book that featured photo-realism and other forms of artistic expression.
