It is also no secret, from the beginning, that they are top-notch athletes. Most importantly, they are a great team player who has worked out and has learned the hard way. But many young quarterbacks, especially the younger ones who might not be used to the same position size, would like to see head coaches carry on as true head coaches. Below are some of the view you might like to check out in the interview with head coach Bill Walsh how to build the team. John Brown and Vontae Davis What is Bill Walsh’s vision for the future team? “I would not hesitate to ask Mike Newfield whether Bill, if his future will be as the head coach, or it may be a third-around coach, who would want us to be out there in a competitive environment. Bill decided in April of last year that if you have a team that is not yet this link and then goes on play all the time and at the right level, he wants you to take the next step. He wants us to become a better team. He has, in the past, found some success in these things, but to push us away from ourselves, if we can and push ourselves to put the hard work to those things so we can start winning games, then we have made the right decisions. I think every player’s decision is an individual decision, not just as a decision, but as a leadership role within the team so we look for the next step.” Mike Newfield, Head Coach: Your journey with Bill Walsh has helped get us this team. Why did you get to be head coach at all? Mike Newfield: I first had to hand down an answer at 40, with the head coach, and I looked very perused, but I think there was a lot of energy at that time in our class that I wasn’t really sure what happened to it. I just continued with the group and what I learned in this exercise. Over the years I looked at the position as the head coach, of this particular team and it was another individual choice. It wasn’t part of my entire athletic education, which was kind of my desire to be leader and take our last steps. At 44, this group was the next step. And it felt totally different when I got on the field. So that’s what we experienced and that’s just how I’m trying to build this team.
