Wichita County Health Center Strategic Planning Guidelines The Kansas Medical Research Foundation (KMF) has designed and implemented the goals and concepts developed by the great site Health Resources Institute (KHRI) to provide health funding to the health service community for the 2017-2019 health plan year. Effective strategies include the following: KHRI will provide health program financing to community members within 90 days or beyond of their end of calendar year. Health care teams also perform pre-operative assessment and training for health staff. Planning, evaluation, and financing for health care teams will be conducted by a designated clinic professional. Health care directors will evaluate all health care teams in order to determine their activities and their ability to fulfill these obligations, beyond the time and space needed by the health service team. To be eligible for the funding for this plan, the health care directors will determine all health care teams that are participating in the plan provided direct-to-care patient health services, and then create a list of relevant departments of health care for the targeted district. The health care directors will also define and initiate policy and processes to provide funding for that purpose. Health care directors will interpret their roles in relation to the health care teams. They will also evaluate and document a plan that will result in a partnership that will go in the direction for health care teams. However, if an existing health care management team fails to meet the requirements of this plan, then an existing health care management team will not succeed. Programs offered by the health care directors have the potential to revolutionize the way that health care is delivered in a community.
