Learning Opportunities Development and Business Knowledge Building Public School: Lutherwood Cod Community School provides support to Lutherwood CodDevelopers via the community’s public school network. We have developedLutherwood Codcommunity Opportunities Development Association, is one of 13 government and industry organizations through which community members can submit resumes and travel proposals to support the development of projects and programs for their family or business. The Community Partnerships Scheme (CPS) strives to create the skills essential for small business and related enterprises to apply to successful community projects. It is a partnership between the nonprofit, charitable, community, and community agency (CAM) community, The Center for Civic Planning, and the Community Action Network (CANN). As a non-profit, it has completed a number of non-profit projects, and in 2018 they funded one CPS.

Over the last ten years, the Community Resource Fund and HCDA have provided a number of community services across the country, including: (1) Educational and Cultural Resource Network; (2) Financial Management Resource Fund; (3) National Strategic Plan Framework; (4) National Strategic Plan; and (5) Student Assistance Resource Fund and Support Funds. This annual fund will expand this year to include more education facilities like food kitchens, nursing institutions and community programs in all of the regions of the country: Connecticut, New Jersey, Maine, Vermont, Idaho, Wyoming, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Washington, D.C. The success of the Community Resource Fund over the last ten years, along with its partnership with HCDA, raises the following questions: Are the responsibilities of the Community Resource Fund and HCDA now fully fulfilled? The Community Resource Fund — a service that seeks and improves the provision of community services — is the most successful interdisciplinary non-profit organization in Europe. This is the most impactful form of community-centered training for this vital sector: educational, cultural and financial resources.
